Job Description
As part of the company’s continued growth plans, they are looking to train people to become successful Financial Advisers. The basic salary is £30k rising to £35k when qualified with attractive benefits such as bonus scheme, healthcare, car, home office and phone.
Person Specification
Individuals with experience in the teaching profession or medical sales are preferred at this time although past experience in Financial Services is not essential as your ability to interact and build relationships professionally and credibly at the highest levels is more important. You must be educated to degree level.
Your training will see you through the Certificate in Financial Planning along with learning the role during the Academy to ultimately authorise you to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser.
You will need to communicate on a face to face basis to a high standard and demonstrate your capabilities in your current field. You must be educated to degree level.
