A spectacular Hotel and Restaurant set in 5 acres of beautiful countryside with a well known award winning chef that serves fresh locally sourced food including their own organic vegetable garden.
As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to work in the busy kitchen supporting the other chefs in various sections, preparing food and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. You will be encouraged to further develop your skills fully both in this establishment and with the opportunity to get involved with various shows.
