A Bistro manager is required for a 2 Rosette bistro in South Devon, with 60 covers and a modern dining experience with both inside and outside eating. As manager you will ensure the highest level of customer service, your daily duties will include... ensuring the staffing meet and exceed the diners expectations, responsible for the presentation, hygiene, layout, opening and closing procedures, to act as host during service, you will manage the induction and training of team and ensure that the restaurant team is technically competent in service standards and menu knowledge.
