A Chef De Partie vacancy has come up for a large and busy 4* hotel in the heart of East Devon, within an easy commute of Exmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton and Ottery St Mary this hotel is a leading establishment to work in if you are an aspiring and passionate chef. You will preferably have experience in a 3* or 4* environment and be able to apply yourself to any sections within the kitchen. You will be responsible for Demi and Commis chefs within your section as well as supervising the kitchen porters. You will receive ongoing training as well as many opportunities to progress further within a fantastic establishment. The advertised salary is up to £16,000 with tips, uniform; meal’s on duty available as well as live in accommodation if required.
