An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Junior Sous Chef to join a fantastic AA Rosetted kitchen in East Devon. As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Sous and Head chefs, you will be responsible for various sections within the kitchen and Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs within these departments. You will work on all sections within the kitchen including pastry, larder, sauce and vegetable. The position is available immediately and will offer extensive career opportunities for a strong Chef de Partie looking to move to the next stage in their career or a Junior Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge. The position is accompanied by a salary of £16,000 per annum with free live in accommodation or £18,000 if living out. You will also receive meals on duty, tips, parking and uniform as well as ongoing training.
