Specialist Travel Sales Consultant / Reservations Consultant - Nottingham
Travel sales consultant is required for this specialist tour operator based in outskirts of Nottingham that specialise in tailor made travel to North America.
They are looking for a consultant who has worked within a tour operator/agent for 3 to 5 years where the emphasis is on tailor made travel.
CRS experience is not essential though would be an advantage. What is essential is having the ability to think outside the box and the ability to demonstrate strong sales skills!! A good geographical knowledge of North America and sound grasp of airline routes/operations is essential; first hand knowledge of these areas would be an advantage!!!
You will work as part of a friendly team in a modern new office with free car parking, however public transport is readily available.
You will work shifts either 8.00am – 5.00pm or 10.00am – 7.00pm with some weekend work required too.
Applicants will be a team player and possess a keen eye for detail and be passionate about the travel industry. Structured training programme incorporates overseas educational opportunities along with individual performance/profit related bonus scheme.
