My client is the one of the top 10 largest engineering consultancies in Europe. In the UK and Ireland they have a number of strategically located offices working for clients in both the private and public sectors.
The company primarily provides design and engineering solutions across four main sectors. These are: Water, Environment and Building, Transportation, and Systems.
The also have a number of offices outwith Europe.
My client is looking for someone with extensive experience of all aspects of bridge engineering design and assessment.
Detailed knowledge of design and assessment principles.
Detailed knowledge and use of BS5400 and RT25 Assessment Code for railway underbridges and proven experience of working in a lead engineer role including meeting financial and delivery targets.
Preparation and checking of structural design and assessment calculations for railway underbridges and highway bridges. Preparation and checking of technical reports.
You will have proven workplace experience of structural maintenance and examination activities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
