Head Chef, International Hotel chain, £30,000 + excellent Bonus, 15 mins SW from Warrington
Head chef required by international Hotel chain located 15 mins drive South West from Warrington. West One are currently recruiting for a Proven Head Chef with a stable hotel Background to take the lead of this operation.
As Head Chef you will need experience at catering for functions and banquets for up to 400 covers, have recent a la carte experience for the on site restaurant as well capable to manage the lounge food and bar snacks.
The ideal candidate will be a proven Hotel Chef either at Senior Sous Chef level of an experienced Head Chef who has experience working to company spec recipes but who is also capable of bringing a more modern approach to the function and lounge menus. This hotel is not centrally located for public transport so it would be essential for all applicants to be drivers with their own transport.
