OUTBOUND TELESALES ADVISOR
TEMPORARY CONTRACT,
12,500 PER ANNUM, 6.41 PER HOUR
WORKING HOURS 9-5 M-F,
BASED IN BURTON-ON-TRENT,
This is a temporary position working as a Outbound Telesales Advisor
THE DEPARTMENT:
the outbound telesales team is responsible for telephoning our Retail business customers, securing orders for replenishment product, arranging returns where applicable and offering company promotions, maximising cross and up selling opportunities.
OBJECTIVES:
Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets
maximising cross and up sell opportunities on every call
keeping returns to a minimum
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ensure that all calls allocated are completed daily and these accounts updated on system
to work as part of a team, motivating each other to achieve team targets
CORE SKILLS:
a confident pro-active telephone manner
self motivated with the drive to succeed
excellent communication skills
PC literate
Some call centre experience is desirable, with ideally b2b experience, we are looking for strong dynamic people with a desire to achieve high results, is a team player and has an excellent work ethic.
