My Client, a financial services company require a Technical Release Manager for a large commercial IT development programme.
Key Skills and experience:
Familiar with java programming and compiling.
Basic understanding of J2EE environments.
Familiar with Weblogic deployment process.
Able to troubleshoot Java deployment issues.
Hands on Unix, Oracle, Java, Weblogic experience.
Understanding of configuration and release management principles.
Experienced in using Source Control tools. (ClearCase, Subversion)
Familiar with Source Control branching and merging.
Experienced in using Build Management tools. (Maven or ANT)
Able to trouble shoot build dependency issues.
Experienced in using Change Management tools. (ClearQuest, Jira)
Familiar with using database access tools (Toad)
Experienced in performing configuration
You will be accountable for the Track and monitoring of all changes associated with future releases, validating and preparing and deployment of releases, test support and environment management.
