Key Responsibilities
•Deal with administration and pass onto the relevant person/department.
•Dealing with outbound and inbound calls
•Processing Application, ensuring details are correct
•Dealing with general enquires
•Convert calls/leads that are passed to you
•Meeting conversion targets set
Person Specification;
•Minimum of GCSE level education
•Able to communicate and listen effectively
•Organised and professional individual
You will be required to work shift patterns.
Basic Salary £15,000, (1st 3 months £20k Guarantee) OTE £30,000
