Construction Sales Representative, Site Hire Field Sales Executives
The company is a leading Resourcer & Supplier of aggregate & on-site equipment; due to growth we are looking to recruit experienced self motivated Field Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful career history within a field sales role ideally from with the site hire or builders merchants\' industry sector. The role will encompass development of the site equipment division via introducing and supplying on-site equipment including heaters, pressure washers, safety barriers, lighting and building materials to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be required to formulate relationships via telephone and face to face cold calling, have excellent diary management skills and implement and deliver sales through a sales pipeline formula.
In return a remuneration package of a basic salary up to £25k plus commission is offered resulting in on target earnings in the region of £40k+, company car and benefits package.
Your personal qualities will include attention to detail, self motivation and enthusiasm, the ability to identify opportunities, closure and tenacity.
As this a new post, our client is seeking a candidate that can work on their own initiative, developing their own division within the group. As the division grows the ideal candidate will then lead a team of both telesales and field sales executives.
Although the client is based in Burton on Trent, this position is deemed as field sales and applications are welcome from candidates within a 100 mile radius of Burton on Trent. Commutable from Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Leicester, Derbyshire, East Midlands
