Our client is one of the highest quality Restaurant operators in the business. Their menu is based largely on fresh seafood - prepared simply but with style - using only the finest and freshest ingredients to allow the delicate flavours of the natural produce to take centre stage.
Role Description
Reporting directly to the Head Chef you must be motivated, professional, financially aware, creative and driven to exceed the guest expectation at all times. Able to run a strong kitchen brigade, you have all but accomplished your kitchen core development. A natural motivator whose passion is reflected in the quality of the food produced using only the freshest of ingredients as well as in the environment in which it is created.
Required Experience
Ideally from the busier themed or branded kitchens, you have either been a sous / junior sous looking for the next position to develop your skills, and harness your flair.
You are truly passionate about quality food, freshly prepared and served perfectly.
You are motivated by “the challenge” and have a desire to work with the very best in the business.Capable of following strict systems and procedures, you are more than happy to “show-off” your skills when creating new & exciting dishes.
