Due to recent restructures, The company is seeking a self motivated experienced recruitment consultant to maintain manage and develop the already thriving industrial division.
Given autonomy within agreed defined parameters you will deliver recruitment solutions to meet with client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year\'s recruitment experience encompassing all aspect of the recruitment pipeline including recruitment, sales and business development. You will be an articulate individual who thrives on delivering quality solutions to clients whilst searching for the next opportunity. You will have the capabilities to develop the industrial division to the next stage which will then include you mentoring, developing and managing your own team.
The company is offering a negotiable salary coupled with a generous, open ended commission structure. Addition benefits include 25 days holiday plus statutory public holidays, usages of company pool car & the platform to develop your skills whilst maximising your earning potential
Located in Burton on Trent, this position is commutable from Burton on Trent, Derby, Lichfield, Swadlincote, Uttoxeter, Tamworth, East Midlands, Derbyshire, Staffordshire
