GENERAL MANAGER FOR TOP END FRESH RESTAURANT IN YORK
The Opportunity
As a General Manager for this chain of high quality fish restaurants you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant, full accountability for the P&L and also delivering the offer with the minimum amount of fuss but with zest, style and theatre.
Who we\'re looking for
·Someone who has had previous experience at General Manager level within a similar high quality restaurant.
·A self-motivated and tenacious General Manager who places importance on high standards of both product and delivery.
·A strong leader that is good at motivating the team and enjoys working within a hands-on role.
·A General Manager with both a proven financial track record and a passion for seafood!!
