My client is a well established Bicester based company who is looking to recruit 2 Business Advisors to join its already very successful team.
In this role you will be proactively contacting my client\'s customer base to discuss products and services and to maximise customer retention.
Maintaining a minimum of 3 hours outbound calling per day you will use existing customer information to recommend appropriate services to customers; identifying opportunities for products and services and to maximise profit and business growth.
In addition, you will be handling inbound customer queries/complaints, dealing with these in a professional yet friendly manner and delegating to other business units as appropriate.
This is a really exciting role for someone looking to develop their telephone skills and offers an excellent base salary and uncapped commission structure.
The ideal candidates will posses a desire to succeed in Business to Business sales, with the ability to learn and understand some technical information. Excellent written and oral communication skills together with good organisational skills are also key to the success of this role. You will have some previous sales experience and has the ability to recognise sales opportunities whilst maintaining customer focus.
Hours of work are Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm
Salary £16,000 + uncapped commission structure.
21 days holiday to start with increasing with service and company pension scheme.
