Our client is a leading supplier of ATM machines and services to businesses throughout the UK. With the launch a new initiative they now have an exciting opening in Basingstoke for a Telesales Manager to lead a growing team of executives.
As a Telesales Manager you will lead and drive a team of sales executives who are expected to identify and close for opportunities across our client\'s available portfolio of products and services. This role requires a true leader with a passion for results. Responsibilities will include recruitment, strategy, leadership, coaching and much more. Initially this role will lead a team of 3 executives of varying ability who are responsible for generating qualified appointments.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 2 years business to business sales experience along with a minimum of 12 months leadership / management exposure. This role requires a grad calibre individual with solid communication and presentation skills. You will be process driven, target orientated and a natural leader with highly rated motivational skills. This role is suited to those in the early stages of their sales career looking for that first or second move in to professional sales management.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of 22-25k with an uncapped OTE of 34k in the first year plus additional benefits.
