Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – DIRECTORSHIP
A Senior Quantity Surveyor / experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join a small to medium sized main contractor/housing developer based in the Hertfordshire area. This role is unique as you will have the opportunity to become a Director within 5 years
Remuneration:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include: Car or car allowance, pension and health care

Requirements:
Ideally more than 8+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Main Contractor or Housing Developer background
Housing / Residential project experience
The job:
As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be in a very autonomous role and will assume control of the surveying department. My client works on projects from £1million - £8million and as the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have a greater involvement in how the business is run and your ideas will genuinely affect the direction of the business and your pay packet!
Projects are new build flat and housing developments as well as some retail and commercial work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Main Contractor who will be able to offer a long term career move coupled with an excellent financial package and future job prospects

Established in the early 90’s my client has been growing from strength to strength over the past few years. Due to an ever increasing work load my client feels it is the right time to employ an experienced Quantity Surveyor to come on board and help push the business forward.
