About the Senior / Chartered Cost Manager Role:
•MRICS or equivalent qualified
•This is a Client-facing role requiring the successful candidate to have:
•experience within a professional practice
•excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong client facing skills
•the ability to work proactively, showing good attention to detail, who is well organised and can operate independently, as well as within a small team
•the ability to ensure that programme\'s are agreed, targets set and deadlines achieved
•technical ability in the role of Quantity Surveyor
•a forward-thinking approach to the management of clients and projects.
The successful candidate would be responsible for the provision of quantity surveying services on a range of projects and for the full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties.
Competitive Salary and Benefits offered.
Salary and Benefits for the Senior / Chartered Cost Manager:
£45,000 - £50,000
