Contracts Manager / New Build Contracts Manager; This Main Contractor is known for taking pride in their reputation for achieving the highest standards in performance, quality, sustainability and ‘build to last\'. Due to ongoing expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to work in the Construction Division on the Redbridge Framework in Essex / North London.
The Role of the Contracts Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Contracts Manager with experience in the Commercial Construction Sector. You will be managing various Construction Projects in the Essex / North London area ranging in value from £10m to £15m. You will have the support of a team who include Surveyors, Technical Design Coordinators and Site Managers. You will lead the process for each project for its life cycle, completing on time to cost and quality targets and with close attention to safety at all times.
Requirements of the Contracts Manager
· You must have similar experience within the Health, Educational or Commercial Sector with a UK Main Contractor
· Excellent levels of customer service to manage the client relationship
· Be able to manage and motivate your team
· Be able to monitor safety performance and maintain safety plans
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy
· High standards for quality of delivery and performance
What can the successful Contracts Manager expect in return?
· Salary up to £65k
