Job Description

One Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to become part of the team in and exciting new campaign in Manchester City Centre for our client who is a leader in the global outsourcing market. You will be part of a forward thinking company with over 75 offices and employing over 45,000 people worldwide.

Applicants should have experience of managing teams of at least ten agents and a proven track record in a training/coaching capacity. You will oversee new employees who will have had product and systems training before being passed into your team for their first \'live\' calls.

As this is a new site you will also be instrumental in refining all processes in relation to standards set to pass probation status, feedback on training and setting up of performance reviews and improvement plans.
