EXPERIENCED NURSERY MANAGER IN OXFORD

A Nursery Managers post for a great nursery based in OXFORD catering for children from 03 months to 5 years! This is a great career move for a self sufficient manager who has a very professional approach to every aspect of his/her job.
You will need to be a manager who has a strong focus providing staff with a supportive working environment and the passion to provide excellent quality childcare in a warm supportive environment.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the nursery, some of your responsibilities will include:
To Achieve and maintain high standards of care
To Effectively lead and manage the staff team, manage staff recruitment and retention
To effectively manage the budget and occupancy levels to ensure the nursery is profitable
To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
To Implement an effective parent liaison program
To have experience of managing grant applications, child tax credit is preferred.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
3 years\' post-qualification experience and 2 years\' relevant supervisory experience
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Birth to Three matters and the Foundation stage
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
Good time management skills
Knowledge of health and safety legislation (desirable)
Knowledge of OFSTED standards
Excellent communication organisational skills
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team
Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities (desirable)
Financial management experience
