Insurance Advisor x3 – Watford – OTE £21,000
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Insurance Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading Insurance Organisations. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and creative sales person who has the ability to sell products based on their features and benefits.
The Job/Duties
You will join a team of experienced Advisors who sell a range of insurance products by providing friendly, informative advice.
In addition to receiving full product and sales training, you will also be given continued support and development.
You will be required to achieve all agreed sales for personal lines insurance products and ensure all procedures are properly maintained.
You must be able to maintain an excellent standard of customer service by explaining choices and providing recommendations ensuring both customer and business needs are met.
Having the ability to prioritise your workload by planning and focusing your tasks is essential.
You may be required to manage activities in the absence of the Manager.
The Benefits
A flexible working week of 37½ hours, including every other Saturday morning Salary will be dependent upon experience and employees will receive a standard benefits package as well as the opportunity to choose extra benefits.
