Customer Service Advisors required for large travel chain.
Our client\'s Customer Services team support the Reservations Consultants by providing an administration function.
Working in Customer Service you will be responsible for liaising with customers, tour operators and internal department managers to resolve issues to include the collection of payment due for reservations that have been made. You will also deal with day to day enquiries relating to reservations from customers and tour operators and provide administrative support.
You will have previous experience of working within a Customer Services environment. Your communication skills with be excellent, and you will have a friendly and professional approach. You will have the ability to prioritize your work and have a keen eye for detail.
