My client, a leading retail organisation now seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to join the team based at company headquarters in Manchester.
You will be responsible for the audit of the head office accounting systems and certain other subsidiaries of the Group in Ireland and Europe and this involves carrying out detailed testing of transactions, reviewing and updating the systems notes and writing a report which will be issued to and discussed with management.
Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant with a good academic background and 2-3 years PQE experience, ambitious, highly motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills. The role will involve 20% European travel and the ability to influence and thrive in a rapidly developing and constantly changing business is essential.
