Security Account Manager -Home/client based-£55k to 70k + car + bonus + bens
We are looking for an SME within IT Security and IT Audit to work for our international blue chip customer. You, in turn, will be responsible for advising and ensuring their own, and their customers, security compliance to standards such as SoX, ISO27001, ISO17799 and SA70.
Summary for the role of Security Account Manager:-
•Draft, review and maintain customer security requirements as per ISO 27001 standards
•Provide authoritative advice and guidance on how to implement contractually agreed standards for security and maintain or improve compliance with these standards thereafter.
•Represent the Company security interests at various customer-led or internally focused meetings (such as Management Boards, Accreditation Working Groups and Programme Meetings). This includes producing clear and accurate reports and minutes where appropriate.
•Co-ordinate audits which gauge whether the Company\'s use of technology and operational procedures comply with contractually agreed levels of security.
•Interpret contractually agreed security requirements
•Help owners of business processes and the supporting ICT systems understand and implement security in a way which ensures the Company meets contractual obligations without sacrificing flexibility or incurring unnecessary cost.
•Prepare for and host security audits
•Own risk-assessment process for any new services & major changes to existing one
•Measure compliance with the security specification
•Define/ update information security policies
•Define/ update backup, recovery and retention policy
•Define/ update business continuity plan
Your experience to become the Security Account Manager:-
•Proven experience of specifying and delivering cost-effective, risk management-driven technical security solutions
•A sound knowledge of ISO 27001, SOX and SA70 Security standards. This includes experience of devising and implementing Information Security Management Systems in line with ISO/27001 or ISO 17799.
The role of Security Account Manager is based from home and on customer sites. Typically customers are based along the M4 corridor. However, as part of the Professional Services Division your remit covers the UK and Ireland. The role could be commutable from Reading, Berkshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bracknell, Surrey, Slough, London, Bristol, Bath, Newport, Cardiff, Somerset, Maidenhead
