Fantastic opportunity to join a FTSE 250 financial services group specialising in providing consumer credit to non-standard customers in the UK. The group also provides debt recovery services to external clients and working capital finance for small and medium-sized businesses.
Hours / Days of work
Mon Fri 8am 8pm (shifts)
Sat 9am 5pm (dependent on branch)
Brief description of duties
Would you like to work in a varied role where you have a high level of customer contact with delinquent account holders?
If so, some of your key responsibilities would include:
Managing existing delinquent customers within designated post code areas to exceed business targets.
Identifying potential bad debt
Implementing appropriate bad debt management techniques and maximising bad debt recovery
Proactively identifying customer payment problems and implementing solutions.
Key Requirements/Competencies
If you can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Previous collections and field call exposure, although this isnt essential
A natural flair for collections
Ability to deliver to targets
Problem solving skills
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Ability to prioritise your workload and effectively manage your time
Team working skills
In addition, you must have your own transport. Business miles will be re-funded.
