Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR


My client based in Upper Heyford, Bicester is looking to recruit a Customer Service Operator is to maintain a high quality of Customer Service to assigned accounts at all times. The main responsibility of this role is to respond to existing customer needs and requests for information using a bespoke database (full training provided).
Duties to include:-
•Processing of all assigned account customer requests (Work orders) using an in-house database and ensuring these requests are performed accurately and efficiently
•Search & locate any information contained on the system as and when the customer requires it in a range of formats
•Tracking collections and or deliveries as required
•Dealing with and resolving customer account related and telephone enquiries
•Ensure the immediate reporting of all known or potential system issues i.e.: non-conformances and operational issues to the Customer Account Manager/Quality Manager.
•Liaise with the Customer Services Supervisor to ensure that all client accounts are managed correctly.
Liaise with the Warehouse department to ensure that all delivery/collection work orders are produced correctly and on time. Meet every client delivery/collection schedule expectation, in line with the Service Level Agreement.
Accurate filing of customer account related in-house documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Essential
• ideally, 2 year minimum Customer Service experience
• A fully rounded experience and use of MS Office with a special emphasis on Excel.
• Must have knowledge/experience of working with electronic data / documentation in a quality assurance/standards driven organisation.
Desirable:
• Experience of Document Management databases
• 5 GCSE/O\'Levels and above
