Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a driven, passionate Head Chef to come on board and join this professional committed team. The Head Chef will be working closely with the general manager building on the already exceptional standards and overseeing a team of 8 chefs with a award winning 2 rosette restaurant and busy wedding operation. As Head Chef you must have very high standards and be a good team player and leader.
Skills
Excellent kitchen and culinary skills
Experience in leading a large team to a high standard at Head Chef level
Proven Kitchen Manager with a financial understanding
Ability to work under pressure in a 2/3 rosette environment
Team player and strong team builder
Fully up to date GP calculation capabilities
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality
