Senior Associate Level CDM Co-ordinator/Health and Safety – Cambridgeshire / London
This leading management and construction consultancy with over 120 years experience in the industry are looking for a Senior CDM Co-ordinator/Associate CDM Co-ordinator with proven experience to head up a new region, based in their Cambridgeshire office and covering London and East Anglia.
Health and Safety is a thriving and growing division of the business and with an ever-increasing client portfolio and workload, they are now looking to expand our teams in London and across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an enterprising and ambitious Senior CDM Co-ordinator to develop their career and manage all health and safety/CDM responsibilities in the London and East Anglia region.
In addition to being fully conversant with the CDM Regulations and key responsibilities of a CDM Co-ordinator at a Senior level, you will have good knowledge of all other key Health & Safety Legislation and be capable of implementing the various workplace risk assessments and audits. You will be motivated and determined and able to step into this role and assist in the expansion of the CDM co-ordinator/Health and Safety team for London.
Essential Requirements
•NEBOSH qualified and member of the Association of Project Safety
•Minimum level 4 Health and Safety Management
•Graduate of IOSH
•Substantial CDM Co-ordinator experience
You will ideally have contacts in the London or Cambridgeshire are and/or strong client facing skills and the ability to generate new business in this area. Business development is a key part to this role and proven experience in this area as a Senior CDM Co-ordinator is essential.
As this role develops you will also be responsible for employing and managing new staff and building up the London Health and Safety team, therefore the right Senior person for this role will be able to lead a team efficiently and effectively.
In return:
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Excellent benefits including a generous car allowance, pension and health care.
