Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor ~ Construction
Due to continuous project wins, a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join an existing team on a variety of Construction projects. The role is based out of my clients Swansea office but projects cover the South of Wales
The Projects
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to be based on exciting and challenging multi-million pound construction projects. The projects are predominantly design and build, but do include traditional build projects as well.
Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years post grad experience
Contractor experience within the construction industry
Form of contract knowledge include JCT
Salary levels:
Salaries are set up to £42,000 per annum plus an industry leading benefits package, including Car, BUPA & Pension Scheme to attract the best.
The Client:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by my client who is one of the top 5 construction contractors in the UK with a turnover in excess of £1.5bn. They are involved primarily in education, commercial, leisure and retail.
From concept design and budget through to handover, our client undertakes building, refurbishment and fit-out work valued between £50,000 and £15m.
