Permanent Project Manager in real estate and facilities support based in Westcott, Buckinghamshire.
You must be are a fully rounded and practical Project manager able to use a full range of Project Management Tools and be familiar and comfortable with budgets and Earned Value Management. You will be a team leader, skilled in all aspects of the Risk Management process and able to demonstrate ability to diagnose problems and put in corrective measures.
Ideally you will have delivered several projects successfully, working with and managing both internal and external capability providers to ensure that customer requirements are effectively captured, managed and satisfied. You will have demonstrable experience in the use of formal project management tools and techniques and have ability to plan, manage and execute projects in line with the agreed contract/proposal and to effectively manage any changes to the contracted baseline. In addition to managing the project team, you will conduct performance reviews and be accountable for the project delivery.
