Recruitment Branch Manager - Commercial
Our client is one of the largest and most successful recruitment, consultancy and management services within a range of sectors. They have a network of branches across the UK and overseas branches in Canada and Australia. The Branch Manager role available is within the rapidly expanding Commercial division at their Richmond Branch.
You will be joining a branch which has great potential to grow so you will be take responsibility for running this division. You will identify and develop new business in addition to taking on existing clients. You will be interviewing and assessing candidates before placing them into suitable roles in addition to motivating and lead a small team.
Our client will look at Consultants who have minimum one years Commercial experience within recruitment. You may be looking for a new role so you will be either a Senior Consultant looking for a step up to Branch Manager level or a Branch Manager looking for a new opportunity with a National Recruiter.
You must be highly organised and a good motivator along with the ability to work towards tight deadlines. You will be target driven passionate to succeed within recruitment.
