The Role:
Due to their continued expansion our client is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally with construction experience to come on board and join there successful commercial team. The ideal candidate for the role will be comfortable managing the commercial aspect of 2-3 projects at a time valued up to £18m each. They must also be interested in growing into more of a management role.
You will be given responsibility for most of the commercial aspects including
- Management of trainee / assistant QS
- Over sight on more than 1 site at any time.

The ideal candidate
-A minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience would be beneficial
-Construction background with a main contractor however my client will consider candidates from a different background
- A strong commercial awareness
- The ability to train and oversee others
Remuneration
- Up to £50,000 per annum
- Excellent car / allowance scheme
