ASSISTANT MANAGER REQUIRED IN BUDE/CORNWALL AREA FOR A BUSY FOOD RETAIL CHAIN WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OFFERING 30DAYS HOLIDAY + PENSION + DISCOUNT.
We are recruiting for a fast growing local convenience supermarket chain who specialise in providing excellent customer service and great products to there customers. This is a full time role that would suit any up and coming Assistant Manager.
Applicants for this role will require:
*At least two years management experience in a blue chip company or branded chain.
*To have managed a team of people.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*A passion for retail.
*The ability to be flexible in an ever changing environment.
Responsibilities will include:
*Dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
*Ensuring availability is maximised.
*Duty Management is carried out on pro rata basis.
*Key Performance Indicators are adhered too.
*Team are manged according to the needs of the business.
