A highly regarded Hotel based just before the Cornwall border is seeking a very experienced Sous chef to join their team. It is essential that you have worked within at least a 2 rosette establishment ideally as a sous chef. You may currently be a head chef looking for an opportunity to gain more experience in a good quality rosette establishment as a Sous chef or have been a Jnr Sous chef for quite some time and looking for the next step up. It is essential you have the right attitude to fit into the team. Live in is free with this position.
