Job Title: NURSING HOME MANAGER- RMN OR RGN WITH STRONG DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE
Salary: £33-35k per annum- in line with experience.

We are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for our client who prides itself in the delivery of high quality of care.
This exciting role is to promote a caring environment for clients through the provision of high standards of professional practise which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the clients, and to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Aspects of this varied opportunity will necessitate you being involved in all areas of running a successful business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business.
Working in a challenging environment there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.
You will have gained a minimum of 2 years management experience in the elderly and dementia care sector, and will be ambitious, hungry and determined to succeed.
You will also have your RMN qualification (client will except RGN with strong dementia experience) and a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards along with a full valid work permit.
