Established in 1995 and situated directly opposite Woking train station, M3 Europe is part of a larger International chain, the RDL Co-operation. M3 deal in a very niche market which consists of two high end specialised areas, Pharmaceutical and IT.
M3 have an internal database of over 300k candidates and invest large amounts of money in to internet advertising, some of the websites used by M3 include Monster, Hot Online, Total Jobs, CW Jobs, In Pharm and Planet Recruit. Along side this we have a fantastic salary and commission package of up to 40% (an example of this would be last year when RDL Group’s largest salary for one consultant in one month was £22K and in M3 alone was £13k). M3 invest a lot of money training up their staff and so if of a very high standard and ongoing, with different types of training to suit each staff member, just some of these include training by the Managing Director, by Team Leaders, By Professional External Trainers and also DVD Training Workshops.
